Returns & Exchanges

Under Article 17 of Consumer Protection Law 181/2018, you may exchange or return a product and recover its value within 14 days of receipt.

This right does not apply to products made to your specification (such as name- or logo-personalised candles and perfumes), products whose nature or packaging prevents restoring them to their original condition, or products whose condition changed through use.
